Gottschlich & Portune, LLP, was formed in 1997 by Gary W. Gottschlich and Robert E. Portune, former partners in a large multi-state firm, and John R. Mohr, former Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Ponderosa, Inc. (a New York Stock Exchange listed company). The firm is located in its own building in downtown Dayton and offers a wide range of legal services to its business, municipal and individual clients.
